     St. John Bosco Academy exists to support and assist parents as the primary educators of their children.  "Since parents have given children their life, they are bound by the most serious obligation to educate their offspring and therefore must be recognized as the primary and principal educators" (Declaration on Christian Education, art. 3, 1965).  
 
     This is a serious responsibility.  At St. John Bosco Academy, we make it a top priority to provide each student with the correct knowledge and proper formation in all aspects of their lives: spirituality, morally, intellectually, socially, apostolically, and physically.  In choosing to send your child to Summit, you are choosing to collaborate with us in providing the best possible education and formation for your child so that they may reach their full potential as God intended.
 
     We hope that we may be of great service to you in this most important venture.  Each child is a gift from God and each is entitled to discover and pursue that plan that the Father has in mind for them.  Each of us in the Mystical Body of Christ ought to do all we can to assist parents in this most noble cause as the primary educators of their children.
