"You have plenty of courage, I am sure" answered Oz. "All you need is confidence in yourself." -The Wonderful Wizard of Oz

Mr. Rehder and his 3rd and 4th grade class just finished reading the classic story by L. Frank Baum, The Wonderful Wizard of Oz. They presented a Wax Museum to the school and their parents. Each character in the Oz Museum came to life and shared with audience their character using literary analysis and theatrical expressions. This project was designed to introduce the students to performing a memorized script in front of a live audience. The class had so much fun with their museum and can't wait to see what book their teacher has in store for them next.
