Gadfly Award and others announced

The high school boys held their basketball banquet recently where the Gadfly Award, and other awards were given to the team. Senior Cody Wassmuth earned the Gadfly award for outstanding defensive player. Senior Clay Weckman earned both the Delivery Beast and Bucket Brigade awards for leading in assists and points, respectively over the season. Senior Torry Chmelik received the Stealthy Swiper for leading steals, the Retrieval Specialist for leading rebounds, the Sultan of Swat for leading blocks and the Double Double award for a double-double average for games throughout the season.

For the JV team, Junior Matthew Warren earned the Bucket Brigade and Stealthy Swiper for leading in points and steals. Junior John Uhlenkott earned the Retrieval Specialist for leading in rebounds, and Sophomore Sam Weckman earned Delivery Beast for leading in assists.
